Q & A |
What is the difference between paying for each lesson at a time and paying for a month at a time? |
The lesson fee is the same for both.
Paying by month will allow you to set the same days and times for the entire month. If you pay one lesson at a time, it will be harder to keep a consistent schedule. For example: If you would like to have class every Wednesday at 8pm, you will be able to lock that schedule in if you pay it monthly. If you pay by lesson, I cannot guarantee that we can meet every Wednesday at 8pm for the entire month, as it is subject to my availability.
What should I do if I can't attend a scheduled lesson? |
Please let me know by email. If it is more than 24 hours in advance, you can substitute the lesson to another day. Cancellations less than 24 hours will not be able to be rescheduled. If you give no notice or are 15 minutes late, the class will be automatically canceled.
I can't pay electronically. Are there any other ways of payment ? |
If you live in Japan, you can use bank transfer. If you live in a country other than Japan, we can only accept electronic payment, such as debit or credit card.
Which textbook should I use? |
These are the most popular Japanese textbooks for learners:
- Genki (げんき)
- Min-na No Nihongo(みんなの日本語)
- Nihongo Fun & Easy
- Tobira (とびら)
- Chukyu-e-Iko (中級へ行こう)
- Manga de Masta (マンガデマスター ステップアップ日本語会話)
When you take your first lesson, we can talk about which textbook suits you best!
